This Privacy Policy explains how InvestConclave Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“InvestConclave”, “we”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our website and products. We act as a Data Fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP).

What we collect

  • Account data — name, email, and organization when you sign up.
  • Usage data — how you interact with the site and product, for analytics.
  • Content — documents and data you upload to your deal rooms.
  • Communications — messages you send us and form submissions.

Why we use it

To provide and secure the service, communicate with you, comply with legal obligations, and improve our products. We process data on the legal bases of consent, contract, and legitimate interest, as applicable.

Sub-processors & data residency

We rely on a small set of sub-processors and host data in India (ap-south-1). A current list of sub-processors is available on request at hello@investconclave.com.
